Peak Auto LLC (“Peak Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Peak Auto Academy, an educational brand and online community at peakautoacademy.com. Peak Auto Academy is a brand of Peak Auto LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, submitting a form on it, or joining the Peak Auto Academy community, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include when you submit a form on our website or join our community.
  • Membership information. Your membership status, plan, subscription status, join and renewal dates, and your activity within our community platform.
  • Consent records. If you check a box to receive text messages, we record that you gave consent, along with the date, time, the page you gave it on, and the exact wording you agreed to.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics such as pages visited, browser type, device type, the page that referred you, the page you first landed on, any campaign parameters in the link you clicked, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry or request.
  • To provide and administer your membership, including access to our community, live calls, and educational content.
  • To process payments for paid membership.
  • To send you transactional and customer service communications by email or text message where you have consented.

3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we collect mobile numbers. Peak Auto Academy collects mobile phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide one through a form on peakautoacademy.com, when you join the Peak Auto Academy community, or when you provide it to us directly. Providing a mobile number is always optional, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of joining, purchasing, or receiving any service from us.

How we use them. If you have checked the box consenting to marketing text messages, we may send you educational content, community updates, event and live call reminders, new resource announcements, and occasional offers related to membership. If you have consented only to non-marketing messages, we will send only account, membership, and scheduling messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect no more than 8 messages per month under normal circumstances.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Peak Auto Academy does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (801) 316-8350, to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, text HELP to (801) 316-8350, or email hello@peakautoacademy.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or sell leads. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, our customer relationship and messaging platform, our community platform, our payment processor, and analytics. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Peak Auto LLC, our members, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated above, mobile phone opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never shared with third parties.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Attribution

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

We also store a small record in your browser’s local storage noting how you first arrived at our site — for example, the search engine, social platform, or campaign link that brought you here. This record expires after 90 days. If you later submit a form, that record is attached to your submission so we understand which channels work.   • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may opt out of marketing texts while continuing to receive service-related texts, or opt out of both.
  • Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website, community, and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
