I didn't want a
fleet. I wanted
my time back.
Cars were the fastest engine I could find to produce cash. What that cash bought is the part nobody talks about.
The short version
Peak Auto Academy exists because the car business is taught backwards. Most people are sold a vehicle, a hack, or a spreadsheet — then left to discover on their own that a fleet without systems is a job with more risk.
I built the operation, hit the roadblocks, and rebuilt it in order: a plan first, then cash flow, then protection, then systems, then scale, then long-term assets. That order is the whole framework. Skip a step and the step you skipped is what takes you out.
Now I teach it live, every week, with a community of operators who are doing the same work. Nobody is watching from the sidelines.
What I believe
Start with the end in mind
A number on paper beats a feeling. Know what "done" looks like before you buy anything.
Cars are the on-ramp
The fleet is a machine for producing cash. Cash is for buying assets, and assets buy time.
The work changes you
Every action is a vote for who you become. The framework is a series of votes.
